GDB Holdings Berhad

GDB Holdings Berhad is a Malaysian public company. Incorporated on 28 February 2013 as CHC Synergy Venture Sdn Bhd, it was renamed GDB Holdings Sdn Bhd on 15 July 2016 and converted into a public limited company on 14 September 2017. Through its wholly-owned subsidiary Grand Dynamic Builders, the group is principally involved in the provision of construction services, focusing on high-rise residential, commercial and mixed development projects as main contractor and principal works contractor.

GDB Holdings Berhad was incorporated on 28 February 2013 in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 as a private limited company named CHC Synergy Venture Sdn Bhd, as an investment holding company. On 15 July 2016, its name was changed to GDB Holdings Sdn Bhd, and on 14 September 2017 it was converted into a public limited company and assumed its present name. Its wholly-owned subsidiary Grand Dynamic Builders commenced business in 2013 in the provision of construction services and registered with the CIDB as a Grade G7 contractor. In 2013 it secured its first contract with Perdana ParkCity Sdn Bhd as the main contractor for the One Central Park Project in Desa ParkCity, Kuala Lumpur. In 2014 it secured two contracts with Trans Resources Corporation Sdn Bhd as principal works contractor for KL Eco City Project 1 and KL Eco City Project 2 in Jalan Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. In 2015 it secured a contract with Perdana ParkCity Sdn Bhd as main contractor for the Westside III Project in Desa ParkCity, Kuala Lumpur. In 2016 it secured contracts with BBCC Development Sdn Bhd for the BBCC Project in Jalan Pudu, Kuala Lumpur, and with Etiqa Insurance Berhad for the Etiqa Project in Jalan Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, and received a SHASSIC certificate from the CIDB with a 5-star (90%) score for the One Central Park Project. In 2017 it secured a contract with Selangor Properties Berhad as main contractor for the SPB Project (AIRA Residence) in Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur, obtained the SPKK from the CIDB as a Grade G7 contractor, obtained a QLASSIC score of 78% from the CIDB for the One Central Park Project, and obtained a CONQUAS score of 75.9 points from the Building and Construction Authority, Singapore for the One Central Park Project.
