Geláre is a franchise chain of dessert cafés headquartered in Perth, Western Australia. It was formed in 1987 with the opening of its first store on the highstreets of Fremantle, Western Australia, and became known for its premium ice cream range and handcrafted waffle cones. The chain expanded across Australia and overseas, opening its first international store in Singapore in 1998, followed by stores in the Philippines in 2017 and Malaysia in 2018. Its menu includes ice cream and sundaes, waffles, pancakes, breakfast, coffee, and milkshakes.

The company launched an exclusive vegan ice cream range in 2014, opened its first store in the Philippines in 2017, opened its first store in Malaysia in 2018, and launched its first mobile food van in 2019.
