Gesinter

Gesinter is an independent asset management firm registered with the CNMV, managing both traditional collective investment institutions (funds and SICAVs) and alternative management (free investment fund). It manages fixed income and variable income in its investment funds.

Gesinter was created in 1992 as a management company for collective investment institutions, dedicated to managing investment funds and later SICAVs. The company's history traces back to 1951 when Ricard Torrella Figueras founded R.TORRELLA Y CÍA S.L., specializing in stock arbitrage operations. In 1987, Antonio and Ricardo Torrella Rodón, along with Alfonso Jiménez, founded INTERBROKERS ESPAÑOLA DE VALORES Agencia de Valores S.A. In 1988, R. TORRELLA Y CÍA became the holding company of the INTERBROKERS group.
