GIFT HOLDINGS

GIFT HOLDINGS is a Japanese company that operates and produces ramen restaurants. It was founded in 2008 and listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers in 2018, later moving to the First Section in 2020. The company aims to open 1,000 stores domestically and 1,000 overseas.

The company's business began in January 2008 when representative director Tagawa Sho founded the Yokohama Ie-kei ramen Machida Shoten (first domestic directly-managed store) as an individual business in Machida, Tokyo. In December 2009, Machida Shoten Co., Ltd. (now the company) was established through incorporation of the individual business. In 2015, the company name was changed to GIFT Co., Ltd. In 2018, it was listed on the Mothers market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and in 2020, it changed to the First Section. In 2021, it shifted to a holding company structure, and in 2022, the company name was changed to GIFT HOLDINGS Co., Ltd.
