Global Oriental Berhad ("GOB") is a Malaysian group whose core competency is property development. It was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 28 October 2003. The Group has been engaged in property development activities since 1992, developing township projects comprising mixed residential and commercial properties located mainly in the Klang Valley, with projects also in Penang and an extended land bank reach into Perak and Pahang. Its businesses span property development and construction services, car park management and operations, retail, and trading.
