Glodon Company Limited was founded on 4 August 1998 by Zhi Zhong Diao in Haidian District, Beijing. The company focused on developing computer software for the building construction and infrastructure industries. On 2 May 2010, the company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Chengdu audit bureau issues risk alert over Glodon cost software; algorithm defects cause duplicate measurement
In July 2025, according to reports, the Chengdu Audit Bureau issued a risk alert letter to Glodon over algorithmic defects and duplicate measurement exposed by its civil engineering quantity calculation software in engineering audits; users also reported opaque fees and software blue-screen issues, and the 'first stock in construction software' is under pressure in its transformation. Previously, in 2017, the final ruling in 斯维尔 v.
