Goodstart fined after child’s death on bus
A Queensland court fined Goodstart Early Learning $71,000 after a three-year-old boy died after being left in a minibus for more than six hours. Education Queensland had accused the provider of failing to provide adequate supervision and protection from harm and failing to keep accurate attendance records.
