Grand Casino Bern

Grand Casino Bern is a casino in Bern, Switzerland, located in the historic Kursaal Bern building. It opened in April 2002 as one of seven A-Casinos in Switzerland. The casino offers a range of gaming options including slots, blackjack, roulette, poker cash games, and numerous jackpots, alongside dining at the Crazy Daisy Kitchen Bar and various events. Grand Casino Bern opened in April 2002 as one of seven A-Casinos in Switzerland, located in the Kursaal Bern building. The building itself has a history spanning over 100 years, evolving from the 'Schänzli' summer restaurant. For over 100 years, boule was played at the Kursaal until 2002, when the last boule ball was thrown and the casino opened. To mark the casino's tenth anniversary, the existing casino area was expanded by about half, to around 1,500 square meters, and the gaming offering was expanded and the entrance area redesigned.
