The group's references include Airbus, the global aerospace giant, which called on SDTech as part of an experiment aimed at avoiding a new paralysis of air traffic in the event of a volcanic eruption comparable to that of the Icelandic volcano Eyjafjöll in 2010. In September 2023, Gilles Spenlehauer, former Director General of Advanced Research at the L'Oréal group, joined SDTech as Scientific Director. In November 2023, SDTech marked its 24th anniversary.
