Guangxi Bossco Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (Bossco Environmental, stock code 300422) was founded in 1999 and listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2015. In 2021 the company completed mixed-ownership reform and became a state-controlled enterprise; in the same year its founder Wang Shuangfei was elected an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. In 2025 Nanning Chemical Industry Group, a wholly-owned company of Beibu Gulf Port Group, became its controlling shareholder, with Guangxi SASAC as the actual controller. Bossco describes itself as a comprehensive environmental services provider with core technologies, focused on industrial environmental treatment, urban and rural environment, soil remediation, solid waste and hazardous waste treatment and disposal, smart sanitation, and environmental services, with a service system covering the full environmental protection industry chain. Its technologies and products are exported to ASEAN, Eastern Europe, West Africa, South America and other overseas markets.

Bossco traces its early founding to 1999. It went through an early development phase in 2002-2003 and a technology accumulation phase in 2004-2007, was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise in 2008, and completed its shareholding reform in 2010, establishing Guangxi Bossco Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. In 2012 its clean production technology broke international monopoly and the company formally went abroad. In 2015 it successfully listed on the A-share market on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, becoming Guangxi's first listed environmental protection enterprise. In 2016 it won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award and took over the environmental impact assessment business of the Guangxi Academy of Environmental Sciences, further completing its environmental protection industry chain. In 2017 it acquired Canada's RemedX, extending its globalization strategy. In 2018 it was awarded the 'National Enterprise Technology Center', and in 2019 it won the second prize of the National Technological Invention Award. In 2021 the company completed mixed-ownership reform and became a state-controlled enterprise, and in the same year founder Wang Shuangfei was elected an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.
