Overview

Guangzhou Soaiy Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (SOAIY / 索爱) is a Chinese consumer electronics company and the core operating entity of the broader Soaiy Group. According to its official website, the group traces its origins to 1996, when Guangzhou Tianwangxing Electronics Factory was founded — the predecessor of today's Soaiy Group. Over more than two decades it evolved from a traditional offline terminal-sales model into an internet e-commerce-driven business, and now describes itself as a high-tech enterprise group focused on multimedia products: Bluetooth earphones, LCD TVs, smart speakers, Bluetooth speakers, K-song entertainment devices, mobile phones and megaphones. Its business spans product customization, design and R&D, manufacturing, sales and after-sales service. The SOAIY brand covers a broad catalogue of audio and 3C accessories. Product families shown on the official site include earphones (耳机类), speakers (音响类), microphones (麦克风), K-song speakers (K歌音箱), megaphones (扩音器) and 3C accessories (3C配件类). Representative models include the SH18 Bluetooth speaker, SK68 microphone-speaker combo, SH08 wireless home KTV microphone speaker, SK9 wireless Bluetooth K-song microphone, TR6 wireless Bluetooth earphones, MC50 handheld microphone, S900 handheld megaphone, S31 strap Bluetooth speaker and S350 UHF wireless megaphone. The company also markets app-connected devices such as the SL6, SL3, SR10 and KY03, with downloadable electronic manuals and app linkage. SOAIY has pursued an "entertainment marketing" strategy, signing a series of celebrity brand ambassadors over the years — including He Jie, Wang Han, Chae Yeon, Jin Zhiwen, Lui Leung-wai (吕良伟), Wen Zhaolun (温兆伦), Jordan Chan and Cherrie Ying, Yisa Yu (郁可唯), and most recently Zhang Bichen (张碧晨), announced in November 2024. The group states it has received honors including "China's Top 10 Influential Digital Brands," a China small-home-appliance Top 100 award, and industrial design awards including the Red Dot Design Award and iF Design Award for products such as the F1, F2 and T3 Bluetooth earphones. The company is headquartered at the Soaiy Industrial Park in Huadu District, Guangzhou, and reports more than 1,000 employees and annual sales exceeding RMB 1 billion. It sells through major Chinese e-commerce platforms — Tmall, JD.com, Pinduoduo, Douyin — as well as international channels including Alibaba.com, AliExpress and 1688. SOAIY operates numerous authorized flagship stores online and has expanded into livestream commerce, including a headquarters livestream base and a factory-production livestream model. It remains a private, non-listed enterprise.

History

The history of SOAIY (索爱) begins in 1996 with the founding of Guangzhou Tianwangxing Electronics Factory, described on the company's official website as the predecessor of Soaiy Group. In 1998 the business moved into the Tianwangxing factory area of the Xinhuali Feng Industrial Zone. A key corporate step came with the establishment of Guangzhou Soaiy Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (广州市索爱数码科技有限公司), the entity that now anchors the group's operations. In the early 2000s the brand signed Hong Kong actor Wen Zhaolun (温兆伦) as its image spokesperson, and in 2005 it signed singer He Jie (何洁) as brand ambassador. In 2008 SOAIY was recognized for donations supporting the Sichuan earthquake relief efforts. During the 2010s the group expanded its corporate structure and product range. It established Shenzhen Soaiy Wireless Internet Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳市索爱无线互联科技有限公司) and created the Soaiy Industrial Park, which the company describes as marking a new stage of development. In 2014 it signed Hong Kong actor Lui Leung-wai (吕良伟) as brand ambassador. The group also set up a series of Shenzhen-based subsidiaries, including Shenzhen Soaiy Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Soaiy and His Partners Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Soaiy Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Soaiy Interactive Technology Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Soaiy Zhihui Digital Technology Co., Ltd. In 2018 SOAIY was listed among JD.com's 'Good Stores' Top 100, ranking 12th in home appliances and digital products and 2nd in mobile phones. That same year its F1/T1 Bluetooth earphones won the German iF Design Award and Red Dot Design Award. In 2019 the F2/T3 Bluetooth earphones again won the Red Dot Design Award, and the company signed Mandopop singer Yisa Yu (郁可唯) as a new brand ambassador. In the 2020s SOAIY continued to broaden its marketing and sales channels. It signed actors Jordan Chan (陈小春) and Cherrie Ying (应采儿) as brand ambassadors, sponsored a high-speed rail train, and lit up Guangzhou Tower as part of a Douyin (TikTok China) push. The group established a headquarters livestream base and pioneered a factory-production livestream model. It also founded Soaiy Zhongchuang Space (索爱众创空间) and additional subsidiaries such as Shenzhen Soaiy Zhiyuan Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Soaiy Sanxi Digital Co., Ltd. In November 2024 SOAIY announced the signing of singer Zhang Bichen (张碧晨) as its newest brand ambassador, continuing its 'entertainment marketing' strategy. Throughout this period the company maintained an e-commerce-first distribution model across Tmall, JD.com, Pinduoduo and Douyin, alongside international channels such as Alibaba.com, AliExpress and 1688.
