In 2015, a Palestinian moved to Bangalore and decided that falafel was a street food that would be loved by every Indian. He tried falafel at the few places that offered it in the rapidly booming metropolis but it wasn’t right, plus, it was too expensive! So, with a love for India and falafel, he started his mission of bringing authentic falafel made the traditional way to everyone in Bengaluru.
