Haltex Plumbing was founded in 2021 in Denton, Texas, by Halston Homeyer, a North Texas native who graduated from Argyle High School. Homeyer entered the plumbing trade directly after high school, apprenticing at his uncle's plumbing company in Seguin, Texas. There he progressed from apprentice to journeyman, gaining hands-on experience and earning his license before eventually establishing his own company. From its founding, Haltex positioned itself as a family-owned business rooted in the Denton County community, emphasizing honesty, integrity, and craftsmanship. The company grew to serve both residential and commercial clients across Denton County and beyond, offering a full range of plumbing solutions from emergency repairs to complete remodeling plumbing. A key development in the company's history was its integration with two affiliated home-improvement businesses: The Design House, a full-service home remodeling company, and Stonemeyer Granite, a countertop fabricator.
