Handelsverband Bayern

Handelsverband Bayern (HBE) is the business policy interest group of the Bavarian retail trade towards politics, the public and the media. It represents 60,000 businesses, 330,000 employees and over 40,000 training places, making retail the third largest economic sector in Bavaria after industry and crafts. HBE is the legitimate mouthpiece of the trade and influences opinion-forming and decisions of political decision-makers at municipal, district, district and state levels. It also represents the interests of the industry in the vbw and at federal level in the HDE.
