Happy Cake is a family bakery and cafe in Sugar Land, Texas. It started in 2013 when Saule Soltanova began baking cakes from her home kitchen in Kazakhstan and sharing them on Instagram. In 2024, the family opened their first U.S. location in Sugar Land. The bakery is known for hand-layered cakes such as Honey Cake, Napoleon, and Black Forest, and emphasizes no mixes or shortcuts.
