Headquarters and Headquarters Service Support Group, 1TAS Brigade

The Headquarters and Headquarters Service Support Group, 1TAS Brigade (commonly abbreviated HHSG) is a military unit of the Armed Forces of the Philippines. It is one of the units of the 1st Technical and Administrative Services Brigade (Reserve), which falls under the AFP Reserve Command. The unit is based in Quezon City, Philippines. As a headquarters and headquarters service support group, HHSG functions as a base unit. Its responsibilities center on base administration and service support for the 1st TAS Brigade. In addition, the unit provides combat support and service support services for the brigade. This makes it an enabling unit that sustains the administrative and logistical functions of the larger reserve brigade rather than a frontline combat formation. The 1st Technical and Administrative Services Brigade (Reserve) is part of the AFP Reserve Command, the component of the Philippine military that organizes, trains, and manages reserve forces. The brigade's technical and administrative services orientation means its subordinate units, including HHSG, are geared toward specialized support roles. HHSG's location in Quezon City places it within the National Capital Region, where several AFP headquarters and support commands are concentrated. Because HHSG is a military unit rather than a commercial brand, company, or product platform, it does not have commercial products, campaigns, or a consumer market. Its "offerings" are military support services: base administration, combat support, and service support for the 1st TAS Brigade. Its owner and higher authority is the Armed Forces of the Philippines through the AFP Reserve Command. The unit remains active as part of the Philippine reserve force structure.
