HEUKING is a partnership of more than 450 lawyers, tax advisors and notaries, with offices in Berlin, Chemnitz, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Cologne, Munich and Stuttgart. It is one of the large German commercial law firms. The firm was founded in 1971 by Dr. Hans Günter Heuking and Dr. Wolfgang Kühn in Düsseldorf and has expanded through mergers and new office openings.

HEUKING was founded in 1971 by the current name partners Dr. Hans Günter Heuking and Dr. Wolfgang Kühn in Düsseldorf. In the 1990s the firm expanded: in 1990 offices were established in Berlin and Chemnitz, and the Frankfurt location was founded. In 1992 it merged with the Hamburg location with name partner Dr. Ralf J. Wojtek. In 1996 it merged with the Cologne location with name partner Dr. Hans-Jochem Lüer. In 2002 the Munich location was founded. In 2015 the Stuttgart location was added through the takeover of the local GSK office.

One of the large German commercial law firms, advising national and international clients including medium-sized companies and international (also listed) large corporations.
