Hibiya Engineering, Ltd. is a Japanese comprehensive engineering services company that supports safe, secure, and comfortable social life through four fields: air conditioning, plumbing and sanitation, electrical, and information and communication equipment. Established in March 1966 in Toranomon, Minato, Tokyo, it began as a contractor for building incidental facilities and was formed to handle the construction of air conditioning, sanitation, and electrical facilities for NTT's communication buildings. The company operates a nationwide network and provides one-stop services from new construction to renewal across the building lifecycle.

Hibiya Engineering, Ltd. was established in March 1966 at 1-18-1 Toranomon, Minato, Tokyo, under its current trade name, and began contract work for building incidental facilities. In July 1966, to establish a framework as a comprehensive building facility engineering company centered on air conditioning, sanitation, and electrical facility work, it absorbed and merged Tokyo Setsubi Co., Ltd. and Daikei Kōji Co., Ltd., and opened branches in Osaka and Nagoya, sales offices in Sendai, Hiroshima, and Fukuoka, and a field office in Kumamoto. Through the merger, it inherited shares of Hibiya Tsusho Co., Ltd. held by Daikei Kōji. In November 1977, it listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. In September 1995, it was designated as a First Section stock of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. In April 2022, following the Tokyo Stock Exchange's market segment review, it transitioned from the First Section to the Prime Market. The company has also expanded its business areas, acquiring all shares of HIT Engineering Co., Ltd. in June 2010 to expand into pharmaceutical and food fields and strengthen planning and design operations, and absorbed it in January 2021. Its headquarters moved to its current location in September 2017.
