Hilton Kommunal GmbH is a company in the special vehicle construction sector, known for manufacturing two-way vehicles. It continues the tradition of Schörling two-way vehicles at the Gehrden site after the acquisition of Schörling Brock GmbH in 2009 by the Hilton Gruppe. The company develops and produces modern two-way vehicles at two production sites in Hannover (Germany) and Maastricht (Netherlands).

The Hilton Kommunal GmbH is a modern company in special vehicle construction with a long tradition. As early as 1920, the founding year of the company Schörling, rail cleaning vehicles were built. Later, tower vehicles, recovery vehicles, tunnel cleaners and shunting vehicles were added. Since the acquisition of Schörling Brock GmbH in 2009 by the Hilton Gruppe, the tradition of the well-known Schörling two-way vehicles has been continued at the Gehrden site under the new company name Hilton Kommunal GmbH. The entire production including all patents and trademark rights was taken over. Within the Hilton Gruppe, modern two-way vehicles are developed and produced at the two production sites Hannover (Germany) and Maastricht (Netherlands).
