Holy Family Hospital is a multi-speciality hospital in Bandra, Mumbai. It was established in 1942 as a modest 10-bed nursing home named Silverene by Dr. Austin Da Silva, and has grown into a 268-bed multi-specialty institution. Originally managed by the Medical Mission Sisters, it came under the administration of the Ursuline Sisters of Mary Immaculate (UMI) in 1978. The hospital offers a wide range of specialties including Cardiology, Neurology, Nephrology and Gastroenterology, and has been accredited by the National Accreditation Board of Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH). It also runs affiliated institutions such as the Holy Family Institute of Nursing Education (HFINE), established in 2005.

In 1978, the hospital was handed over to the Ursuline Sisters of Mary Immaculate (UMI), and Mother Giovanna arrived in Mumbai to take over the hospital; she was the pioneer and primary architect behind its growth. Since then, the hospital has continuously expanded its infrastructure, services and community engagement. It has grown into a 268-bed multi-specialty institution and has been accredited by the National Accreditation Board of Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH). In 2005, the Holy Family Institute of Nursing Education (HFINE) was established, run by the Congregation of the Ursuline Sisters of Mary Immaculate.
