Overview

The HOLY FASHION GROUP is a fashion group whose three brands are JOOP!, STRELLSON and windsor. Since 2005 the three brands have been managed under the umbrella of the HOLY FASHION GROUP and by a single management, with the Kreuzlingen location becoming the headquarters. Apart from its headquarters in Kreuzlingen (Switzerland), the group operates in 50 countries worldwide.

History

The history of the group's brands reaches back to 1889, when the merchants Leo Roos and Isidor Kahn founded the men's garment factory Roos & Kahn in Bielefeld, laying the foundations for windsor's brand development. In 1960 managing partner Günter Klasing took over the company and renamed it Windsor Kleiderwerk G. Klasing KG, and in 1977 the first windsor. women's collection was launched. In 1978 the artist, illustrator and designer Wolfgang Joop presented his first collection in New York. In 1984 former Hugo Boss owners Jochen and Uwe Holy founded STRELLSON, emerging from the former coat factory Friedrich Straehl & Co. in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland. In 2001 Wolfgang Joop left the company of the same name, and the JOOP! brand was initially divided equally between the Holy family (Strellson AG, Windsor GmbH), Egana Goldpfeil and the cosmetics group Coty Lancaster. In 2003 the STRELLSON 'Swiss Cross Jacket' made from old Swiss military blankets came on the market in a limited and numbered edition, with 3,000 parkas sold in no time. In 2005 the three strong brands STRELLSON, windsor. and JOOP! were managed under the umbrella of the HOLY FASHION GROUP and by a single management, with the Kreuzlingen location becoming the headquarters.
