Hostinkos

Hostinkos is a web design and hosting company based in Prishtina, Kosovo, operating from an office in the Dardania neighbourhood. It was started in 2018 as a local alternative to foreign hosting providers, offering servers, email and Albanian-language support to small businesses that were dissatisfied with large international providers. The company was formally registered as a business in Kosovo in 2020 under registration number 811386053. It is led by Osman Dragusha. Hostinkos positions itself as a single, accountable partner for both building and running a website. Its two core promises are fixed-price website projects and NVMe hosting on servers located in Germany, with email, SSL and local support delivered by the same Prishtina-based team. Website packages include the Web Biznes (Pro) package at €595 for a full business structure and the Web Nisje (Mini) package at €390 for a simple offer-and-contact site. Each package bundles website construction plus one year of domain, hosting and email, initial SEO, basic maintenance and post-launch training. From the second year, hosting and email start at €7.49 per month. For clients who already have a website, Hostinkos offers free migration and hosting from €7.49 per month. On the hosting side, the company sells NVMe plans with SSL and cPanel included, free migration and support via WhatsApp, email and tickets. The entry-level Pro Hosting plan is aimed at new and personal websites and includes 15 GB NVMe storage, 10 email accounts and unmetered traffic at €7.49 per month. A Business Hosting plan is also offered for larger needs. Domain registration and VPS services are available when a project requires them. The company reports more than 500 web projects since 2018 and a Trustpilot rating of 4.9 out of 5 from more than 140 reviews. It serves businesses in Kosovo and the Albanian-speaking diaspora, and states that it takes on projects and collaborations in Kosovo and Europe. Its differentiators are fixed, transparent pricing, a local team that can be met in person or reached on WhatsApp, and support in Albanian. The office is located on Rr. 28 Nëntori in Prishtina.

Hostinkos began in 2018 in Prishtina, Kosovo, as a local alternative to foreign hosting providers. Its founders saw that small businesses were frustrated with large international providers and wanted servers, email and support delivered in Albanian. The company started by offering hosting, email and local-language support, and over time it became clear that many clients did not want hosting alone — they wanted a website that worked and then someone to maintain it. This led Hostinkos to combine web design and hosting into a single service: build the website, host it, and take care of it. In 2020 the business was formally registered in Kosovo under registration number 811386053. Since then it has reported more than 500 web projects since 2018 and a Trustpilot rating of 4.9 out of 5 from more than 140 reviews. The company operates from an office in the Dardania neighbourhood of Prishtina, on Rr. 28 Nëntori, and is led by Osman Dragusha. It serves businesses in Kosovo and the Albanian-speaking diaspora, and states that it takes on projects and collaborations in Kosovo and Europe. Hostinkos has structured its offering around two main promises. The first is fixed-price website design: packages such as Web Biznes (Pro) at €595 and Web Nisje (Mini) at €390 include website construction plus one year of domain, hosting and email, initial SEO, basic maintenance and post-launch training. From the second year, hosting and email start at €7.49 per month. The second promise is NVMe hosting on servers in Germany, with email, SSL and local support from the same team. Hosting plans include SSL and cPanel, free migration and support via WhatsApp, email and tickets; the Pro Hosting plan offers 15 GB NVMe storage, 10 email accounts and unmetered traffic at €7.49 per month, while a Business Hosting plan is available for larger needs. Domain registration and VPS services are offered when a project requires them. The company positions itself as a clear, accountable partner for businesses that want a working website and ongoing care, rather than just a hosting account. Its differentiators are fixed and transparent pricing, a local team that can be met in person or reached on WhatsApp, and support in Albanian.
