hübner® is a German health-products brand based in Ehrenkirchen near Freiburg, at the edge of the Black Forest national park, where its products are made. Its range spans natural remedies, medical devices, dietary supplements and natural cosmetics, and the brand states that its products combine traditional formulations with the latest scientific findings and are suitable for the whole family. Its history traces back to the 1920s and the original Tannenblut® product; in 1936 Anton Hübner and his wife Klara took over the business in which Tannenblut was produced.

The brand's history begins with the original Tannenblut®, whose story reaches back to 1920 and forms the brand's roots. In the small village of Häg im Wiesental in the southern Black Forest, pastor Josef Hurst and pharmacist Dr. Eduard Hiepe produced the original Tannenblut. They had joined forces to offer textile workers in the southern Black Forest, who inhaled unhealthy cotton dust daily, an affordable and well-tolerated remedy for the respiratory tract. They further developed a medicinal-herb formula of Pfarrer Kneipp and added special Black Forest medicinal herbs, creating "Pfarrer Hurst's Tannenbalsam", a herbal medicine with real fir honey. In the 1920s the brand's tradition-rich history began with "Tannenblut", whose ingredients of medicinal herbs, rock candy and fir honey let textile workers breathe freely again in their dusty workshops. Demand was great, and in 1936 Anton Hübner and his wife Klara took over the business in which "Tannenblut" was produced. The brand states that for almost 100 years it has stood for this inventive spirit and that in 2023 it shows tradition can move with the times.
