Hylomar Ltd manufactures a wide range of high performance sealants and adhesives used by many leading OEMs in automotive, aerospace, white goods, power generation/distribution, electronics/photonics and general engineering. Products include non-setting jointing compounds, RTV silicone sealants, anaerobic adhesives, structural adhesives, instant adhesives, epoxy adhesives, and specialist exhaust products.

The original product was developed in conjunction with Rolls-Royce and was used for sealing aircraft engines.

• Instant Adhesives

  HYLO®GLUE instant adhesives are single part high strength, rapid bonding adhesives.

• Cleaner

  HYLO®CLEAN is a specially blended cleaning fluid that is highly effective at removing used Hylomar jointing compound from disassembled joint surfaces.

  Chase Corporation announced on August 24, 2026 that it has acquired Hylomar Holdings Limited, a manufacturer of specialized sealants and adhesives for industrial, transportation, aerospace, power generation and electronics markets. Chase said the acquisition expands its presence in specialty sealing and adhesive materials and that Hylomar employees will join its broad-based ownership program.
