Hypnos is a British family-run mattress and bed manufacturer with 120 years of bed-making experience. The company handcrafts luxury pocket spring mattresses and beds, responsibly sourcing natural and sustainable materials. It holds a Royal Warrant from His Majesty King Charles III and has won the National Bed Federation's "Bed Manufacturer of the Year" award three times. Hypnos also received the Queen's Award for Enterprise for International Trade in 2017 and for Sustainable Development in 2020. The company is led by CEO James Keen, the fifth generation of the Keen family to run the business.

Peter Keen served as Director and Chairman for fifty-eight years until his passing in 2025, and was the fourth generation to run the business. His son James, current CEO, and daughter Sarah are the fifth generation of Keens to run the company. Hypnos has been making luxury pocket spring mattresses and beds by hand since Edwardian days. The company holds a Royal Warrant from His Majesty King Charles III and has won the National Bed Federation's "Bed Manufacturer of the Year" award three times (2011/12, 2014/15, 2017/18). It received the Queen's Award for Enterprise for International Trade in 2017 and for Sustainable Development in 2020.
