Ignitis Group updates Green Finance Framework and launches EuGB Factsheet
Ignitis Group updated its Green Finance Framework and launched an inaugural European Green Bond Factsheet, both receiving a Dark Green rating from S&P Global Ratings. The company plans to invest EUR 2.5–3.0 billion between 2026 and 2029, primarily in electricity network strengthening and green generation and flexibility capacities, with over 85 percent of investments expected to align with the EU Taxonomy.

Ignitis agrees conditionally to acquire Latvian wind projects
Ignitis Group conditionally agreed to acquire three under-development wind farms in western Latvia once construction permits are awarded. The projects are planned to have a combined capacity of around 160MW.
