The company history includes key milestones such as the construction of the Tanjung Priok Car Terminal, starting with ground-breaking in August 2006, initial dock elevation test in 2007, horizontal car parking in 2008, vertical car parking in 2010, gate construction in 2011, and office construction in 2012. The car terminal transformed from a division of IPC into an individual company and planned to be a public listed company in 2018.
