INEOS Styrolution is INEOS's styrenics business, described in INEOS evidence as the global leader in styrenics. INEOS announced that INEOS ABS, the largest fully integrated producer of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) in North America, would be integrated into the Styrolution business to bring their business activities in the Americas together. Both are wholly owned INEOS companies. The integration was intended to combine standard and specialty ABS portfolios and other styrenic specialties, with core functions such as marketing, sales, customer service, supply chain, procurement, R&D, human resources and manufacturing merging, and the company aimed to implement the integration measures by the end of 2015.
