InNature Berhad is a leading regional lifestyle group with over 40 years of experience, serving customers across Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore, and Indonesia through an omnichannel network of physical venues and digital platforms spanning the beauty and food & beverage sectors. Its franchise portfolio began with the opening of its first The Body Shop store in Kuala Lumpur in 1984, later expanding into Vietnam (2009), Cambodia (2019), and Singapore (2025), and diversified into F&B with the acquisition of the Burger & Lobster franchise for the Malaysian and Indonesian markets in 2024. In 2026 it secured exclusive distribution rights for Yves Rocher in Malaysia and Singapore, having commenced managing Yves Rocher business operations in Vietnam in 2025. The Company was incorporated in Malaysia on 21 October 1994 and assumed the name InNature Sdn Bhd on 1 March 2018, becoming a public limited company on 25 July 2018.

InNature Berhad was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 21 October 1994 as a private limited company, and assumed the name InNature Sdn Bhd on 1 March 2018. On 25 July 2018 it became a public limited company to facilitate its listing. The Group's franchise portfolio began with the opening of its first The Body Shop store in Kuala Lumpur in 1984, subsequently expanding its beauty and personal care footprint into Vietnam (2009), Cambodia (2019), and Singapore (2025). It diversified into the F&B industry with the acquisition of the Burger & Lobster franchise for the Malaysian and Indonesian markets in 2024. In 2026 the Group secured exclusive distribution rights for the French botanical beauty brand Yves Rocher in Malaysia and Singapore, having commenced management of Yves Rocher business operations in Vietnam in 2025. InNature holds the distinction of being the first B Corp-certified Public Listed Company in Southeast Asia, and was a top quartile constituent of the FTSE4Good Bursa Malaysia and FTSE4Good Bursa Malaysia Syariah indexes from 2022 to 2025.
