The Instituto del Bien Común is a Peruvian non-profit civil association founded in 1998 that works for the care of common goods in the Amazon. It has developed georeferenced information systems on communities: the SICNA, a georeferenced database with geographic and socioeconomic information on native communities of the Peruvian Amazon, created to address the lack of cadastral maps and precise information on native communities, and which for twenty years was the most important source of comprehensive and reliable information on native communities; and the SICCAM, created in 2015 together with the Centro Peruano de Estudios Sociales (CEPES) to make visible the territorial rights and overcome the lack of systematized tabular and cadastral information on peasant communities of Peru.

• SICNA (Sistema de Información sobre Comunidades Nativas de la Amazonía Peruana)

A georeferenced database with geographic and socioeconomic information on titled, recognized-for-titling, and to-be-recognized-and-titled native communities; its use promotes territorial ordering and the defense of indigenous peoples' rights.

• SICCAM (Sistema de Información sobre Comunidades Campesinas del Perú)

A georeferenced database created in 2015 by the IBC and CEPES containing information on the recognition and titling of peasant communities of Peru, in tabular and map form.
