Intellegibilis

Intellegibilis is a Portuguese professional services firm headquartered in Setúbal, Portugal. Its business spans two main areas—event management and business intelligence—offering clients event planning consultancy, marketing and public relations support, logistics, editorial and science-policy services, and custom software development and outsourcing. Under the slogan "Intelligence First," the company emphasizes a structured, data-driven approach to decision-making across both lines of business. On the events side, Intellegibilis has developed an "intelligent events framework" that treats an event as a series of interconnected processes. Its services cover planning, budgeting, and execution for all or part of an event cycle; financial and statistical reporting; auditing of processes and of the final product or service; event bids and proposals; and consulting on individual processes such as deadline structures, sponsor and exhibitor workflows, technical projects, and VIP hospitality. The company states that its services can be adapted to events of any size and maturity, whether academic or commercial, and welcomes custom requests beyond its published service list. On the software side, Intellegibilis focuses on business intelligence and custom software solutions. It positions these as automatically gathering multi-source data from different parts of an organization and consolidating the resulting knowledge into a single, easy-to-use and easy-to-access platform. The company advertises real-time visibility into business operations, discovery of hidden data patterns, and previews of possible future developments in the business cycle. It also provides custom software development to meet needs that general market solutions cannot cover, and offers outsourcing services under service-level agreements, managed wholly or in part by the client or by Intellegibilis. Public data identifies the company as a business based in Setúbal, Portugal. Its official website is intellegibilis.com. Available evidence does not provide detailed corporate information such as founding year, founders, ownership structure, or listing status, and the company appears to operate as an independent private enterprise. Its dual focus on event services and business intelligence software suggests a positioning as a specialized consultancy serving organizations that need both event operations support and data-driven decision-making tools.

Intellegibilis is a company based in Setúbal, Portugal. Public data identifies it as a Portuguese company operating in the Setúbal area, and its official website presents it as a provider of event services and software services under the tagline "Intelligence First." The available evidence does not specify the company's founding date, founders, or early corporate history. The company's service portfolio, as described on its website, is organised around two main areas. The first is events, where Intellegibilis offers what it calls an "intelligent event framework." This framework treats an event as a structure of thousands of small processes, and the company argues that understanding this structure leads to better event outcomes. Its event services include planning consultancy, marketing and public relations, logistics, editing and scientific policies, and it states that it adapts and customises these for all kinds of events, whether big or small, new or well-established, academic or commercial. Specific offerings include full or partial event-cycle planning, budget building and deployment, financial and statistical reporting, process and end-product auditing, event bids and proposals, and individual process consultancy covering deadline structures, sponsor and exhibitor workflows, technical programs and VIP handling. The second area is software, where Intellegibilis specialises in Business Intelligence and custom-made software solutions. The company describes solutions that automate multi-source data collection from different areas of a business and consolidate the resulting knowledge into a single, easy-to-use and easy-to-access place. It advertises real-time visibility into business operations, the discovery of hidden data patterns, and previews of likely future developments in a business cycle. It also offers custom software development for needs not met by generic market solutions, and outsourcing services delivered through service-level agreements with total or partial management by either the client or Intellegibilis. Beyond these service descriptions, the supplied evidence does not provide dated milestones, ownership details, or financial information. The company appears to operate as an independent private business in Portugal, serving clients that need both event management support and data-driven decision tools.
