Overview

Intellex Holdings Co., Ltd. is a Japanese holding company established in 2025 through a share transfer to serve as the listed parent of the Intellex group. The group traces its origins to 1995, when it was founded in Setagaya, Tokyo, as Bresage Co., Ltd. to engage in the recycling and distribution of used condominiums. It was renamed Intellex Co., Ltd. in 1996 and grew into one of Japan's best-known renovation-focused real-estate companies. The group's core business is the renovation and resale of used condominiums, marketed under the "Renovex Mansion" brand, alongside total-solution services in real estate. Its operations span renovation, real-estate brokerage, sales of income-producing properties and small-lot real-estate products ("Asset Sharing"), leaseback services, hotel operations, and DX tools for real-estate transactions. The group has expanded through subsidiaries including Intellex Space Design, Intellex Property, FLIE, Lycosis, TEI Japan, and Saisei Jutaku Partner. Intellex Holdings was created to unify the group under a holding-company structure. Intellex Co., Ltd. was delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market in November 2025, and Intellex Holdings was listed in its place in December 2025. The group is headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, having moved to Shibuya Sakura Stage in 2025. It positions itself around renovation-led urban revitalization and sustainability, and has published a medium-term management plan titled "Renovation Forward 31."
