International Construction Consortium (Pvt) Limited (ICC) is a Sri Lankan civil engineering organization established in 1980. It holds the highest CIDA Grading CS2 for major areas in local construction, including Buildings & Highways, and holds ISO 9001-2015, 14001-2015 and 45001-2018 certifications. ICC operates divisions in Building Construction, Roads & Bridges, Water Supply & Sanitation, and Architectural & Structural designs, and has expanded into ready-mix concrete, pre-cast concrete products, aluminum & steel fabrication, prefabricated housing, fully automated timber production, and interior wall partition solutions.

The company entered commercial property management with Iceland Business Center in 2004. It has expanded into ready-mix concrete, pre-cast concrete products, aluminum & steel fabrication, prefabricated housing, fully automated timber production, and multiple interior wall partition solutions.
