Overview

Invaders Inc. (株式会社インベーダーズ) is a Japanese creative company headquartered in Kanda-Sudacho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, with a branch office in Takamatsu, Kagawa. Founded on April 30, 2024, and led by CEO Kagechika Yoshida, the company describes itself as helping businesses and local governments build and run thriving communities. Its stated vision — "Break free from the gravity called common sense" — frames its work around using technology to create "future places where people belong," treating people who challenge existing frameworks as "aliens living on Earth." The company organizes its business around three core pillars. SocialNOBA is its community building and operation support service, covering Discord community design and moderation, virtual and real-world event planning and operation, and digital casting of VTubers and virtual influencers. LocalLab is its regional revitalization arm, applying "Local DX" to connect local traditions, products and networks with digital technology and new audiences. Invaders Publishing is its virtual publishing and narrative branding business, producing books and digital content from virtual creators and communities; it obtained its own ISBN and released its first title, "バズらず稼ぐ技術" by VTuber Yūgiri, in 2025. Invaders Inc. also develops an AI product for auditors called Yuhitsu (右筆), an audit support tool for drafting audit working papers, disclosure checks and voucher matching, developed by CFO Ushio Hoshino, a certified public accountant and tax accountant. The company's flagship event is metacomi, a metaverse exhibition and creator marketplace; metacomi Vol.3 drew 4,035 visitors, and metacomi 2026 was held from July 1 to 31, 2026 on Vket Cloud with 243 booths and 12,835 cumulative visitors. Its clients and partners include HIKKY Inc., TV Asahi Corporation, TBS GLOWDIA, Inc., Magazine House, Ltd., 4DL Technologies, Inc., withny LLC, 100man-nin DAO LLC, Yaima DAO LLC and SpaceData, Inc. The company has supported projects such as TV Asahi's metaverse program "MetaMeta Daisakusen," virtual ceremonies, regional digital community projects and hybrid events connecting physical venues with metaverse stages. Originally established as Next Plan LLC in Adachi-ku, Tokyo, it changed its name to Invaders Inc. in November 2025 and relocated its head office to Chiyoda-ku.
