Overview

Hyve Group, originally founded as ITE Group in 1991, unites B2B ecosystems at scale through industry-leading events and tech-enabled products built around them. The company operates in high-growth sectors it calls Super Verticals, including healthcare, ecommerce, supply chain, marketing, EdTech and financial services. Its brands are described as trusted and forward-thinking voices in their sectors, and its events and extended commercial formats form part of customers' go-to-market strategies.

History

In 1991, three members of the Shashoua family — Roger, Roddy and Mark — devised a plan around a kitchen table in West London to start a company connecting businesses in emerging, formerly-Soviet countries with those in advanced economies. Then called ITE Group, the company began as an organiser of global trade exhibitions and conferences. Its first event was the 1st International Prague Book Fair and Writers' Festival, which was well received and supported by President Havel of the Czech Republic. More than thirty years later, facilitating transformational business connections remains at the heart of what the company does. The company is now known as Hyve.
