JD Narrowboats limits the number of build slots each year to maintain quality and offers a personal, family-run service in which customers deal directly with the people building their boat. Its stated vision is to be the most trusted name in bespoke narrowboat building in the UK. Every build includes up to a five-year warranty on workmanship, alongside manufacturer warranties on key systems that can also run up to five years. The company has completed more than 200 bespoke builds and holds a 4.4/5 rating on Google Reviews.
