Jiankun International Berhad

Jiankun International Berhad is a Malaysian public company whose principal activities are property development and construction services. Founded in 1983 as Tenco Sdn Bhd, it was listed on Bursa Malaysia in 1990 as Tenco Bhd, renamed Nagamas International Bhd in 2007, and took its current name in 2014. Its project portfolio includes developments in Penang, Melaka and Selangor, such as One Le Tower, Maya Residence, Taman Panchor Jaya and Amani Residences.

Jiankun International Berhad was founded in 1983 as Tenco Sdn Bhd, with principal activities in the manufacturing and sale of various industrial products and services. In 1990 it was listed on Bursa Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange – Main Board) as Tenco Bhd. In 2007 it changed its name to Nagamas International Bhd, with principal activities in property development, trading, management and aviation services. In 2014 it changed its name to Jiankun International Bhd, with main activities in property development and construction services. In 2022 it was awarded Top 10 Developer with market capitalization below RM1 Billion. The company has undertaken strategic landbanking measures, including diversification into the land reclamation business following the acquisition of an interest in Embon Global Venture Sdn Bhd in March 2021; the company was acquired by Nagamas Bizworks Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiankun, for RM5.7 million. Going forward, Jiankun will be unveiling Amani Residences, 377 units of serviced apartment located in Bandar Puteri, Puchong.
