Jifmar Group

Jifmar Group is a worldwide maritime operator. As a core business, it charters workboats for clients. Since its creation in 2005, it has differentiated itself by offering tailor-made service and innovation. The group operates a fleet of more than 70 vessels and provides services such as chartering and industrial marine solutions.

Jifmar Group was founded in 2005. In 2010, the fleet grew to 14 vessels. In 2017, it acquired VDC Offshore. In 2018, it acquired North West Marine. In 2019, it acquired Delta Marine. In 2020, the fleet grew to approximately 40 vessels. In 2023, it acquired Acta Marine workboat activities and created Acta by Jifmar and Jifmar Scotland. The fleet grew to more than 70 vessels. In 2025, it acquired Seacontractors.
