Jojo's Shave Ice

JoJo's Shave Ice is a brand of traditional Hawaiian shave ice, established in 1992. It is known for homemade syrups made with pure cane sugar and in-house cream toppings. The company donates all profits to fund free camps for Hawaiian youth.

The original JoJo's Shave Ice was opened in Waimea in 1992, the year Hurricane Iniki landed on the island. That store is still there today. When expanded to new locations, the JoJo's traditions and secret recipes were taken along.
