Jorge Lozano Trabalhos em Altura Formação e Serviços (Portugal)

Jorge Lozano - Trabalhos em Altura, Lda. is a Portuguese company founded in 2005 and headquartered in Queluz, Sintra, where it opened the country's first National Training Centre for working-at-height technicians on 21 September 2006. The firm describes itself as a national specialist in working at height and offers clients what it calls an integrated 4.0 solution built around risk assessment, equipment sales, technician training and service delivery. The company operates across three main pillars. First, it commercialises fall-protection equipment — personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protection equipment (CPE) — from leading European manufacturers. Second, it trains and certifies technicians in the various disciplines of working at height through its training centre. Third, it carries out height and depth services such as installation and inspection of equipment, façade and roof rehabilitation, and window cleaning. Its market segments are broad and include energy, telecommunications, construction, water and sanitation, industry, advertising, events and shows, the armed forces, arboriculture, and fishing and aquaculture. For each segment the company typically combines PPE sales, technician training, CPE installation and other tailored solutions; in construction it also provides building and rehabilitation services, in advertising it installs advertising banners, and in arboriculture it performs tree pruning. Jorge Lozano presents itself as a one-stop provider that helps organisations meet the safety and regulatory demands of work at height, from the supply of certified equipment to the qualification of the people who use it and the execution of the work itself. The company remains privately held and active, with its training centre and headquarters in Queluz serving as the base for its national operations.

Jorge Lozano - Trabalhos em Altura, Lda. was founded in 2005 and established itself as a Portuguese specialist in working at height. According to the company's own account, the business was born from a dream realised twenty years ago, and it has since grown into an integrated provider of height-safety solutions. A defining early milestone came on 21 September 2006, when the company inaugurated the first National Training Centre (Centro Nacional de Formação, CNF) for working-at-height technicians in Queluz, Sintra. That facility has served as the company's headquarters ever since, and its indoor and outdoor infrastructures have been continuously improved year after year. Over time the company broadened its offer from equipment and training into a full-service model. It now describes its approach as an integrated 4.0 solution based on risk assessment, the sale of equipment, the training of technicians and the delivery of services. It commercialises PPE and CPE for working at height from leading European manufacturers, trains and certifies technicians across the different branches of the activity, and executes services including equipment installation and inspection, façade and roof rehabilitation, and window cleaning. The company serves a wide range of market segments — energy, telecommunications, construction, water and sanitation, industry, advertising, events and shows, the armed forces, arboriculture, and fishing and aquaculture — tailoring combinations of PPE sales, training, CPE installation and other solutions to each. Its training team remains active, and the company continues to recruit working-at-height technicians, indicating ongoing operations from its Queluz base.
