Keybase is a platform that uses public key cryptography so that messages stay private, with the stated claim that even the service itself cannot read chats. It supports secure messaging, teams, connecting to public identities from communities such as Twitter and Reddit, end-to-end encrypted storage and sharing of photos, videos, and documents, and timed exploding messages. It is also available within Tor.
