Klier Hair Group is a family-owned company that is the largest hairdressing company in Europe. It operates around 700 salons across five salon brands, a shop brand with 40 branches, and an online shop. The company employs around 3,800 people, with more than 90 percent female, and is Germany's largest trainer in the hairdressing trade.

The Klier Hair Group is a family-owned company that is now run by the third generation. The managing directors Michael and Robert Klier are the sons of Hubertus and Joachim Klier, who turned their mother's small hairdressing business into the largest hairdressing company in Europe within three decades.
