Six Premier League clubs announce withdrawal from the European Super League

The EFL fined Liverpool £200,000, half of which was suspended, for fielding Pedro Chirivella without international clearance in a Carabao Cup match. Liverpool accepted the outcome and punishment and apologised to the competition's governing body and Milton Keynes Dons.
