Majorel and Booking.com announce expanded strategic partnership
Majorel announced an expanded strategic partnership with Booking.com, under which 12 of Booking.com’s 14 internal customer-experience service centers in Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Americas are to transfer to Majorel. The agreement was expected to commence in the second quarter of 2022, subject to customary closing conditions.

Google partners with Majorel to support Accra office opening
Google announced a partnership with Majorel to support the opening of a new Majorel office in Accra, which will provide specialised support for Google services. The project was expected to scale to more than 100 open roles during the year, and the site was on track to be fully operational by the end of January 2022.
