History

Mixpak is an independent music company based in New York and Los Angeles, founded by producer Dre Skull in 2009. The seed for Vybz Kartel's album "Kingston Story" was planted in August of 2009, when Vybz Kartel delivered the single "Yuh Love" for Mixpak, and the single grew in Jamaica and then worldwide. In 2011, following the initial success of "Yuh Love", Vybz Kartel and Dre Skull teamed up for the release of the full length album "Kingston Story". To celebrate 10 years since the release of the album, Mixpak released a special 10th Anniversary Deluxe Edition.
