Nexa Dynamics

Nexa Dynamics (주식회사 넥사다이내믹스) is a South Korean display and materials company headquartered in Siheung, Gyeonggi Province. It was originally founded in May 2003 as SAT (에스에이티) in Siheung and incorporated as SAT Co., Ltd. (㈜에스에이티) in July 2004. Over the following two decades the company built a portfolio spanning display equipment and materials, earned venture and INNO-BIZ certifications, and expanded through a US subsidiary (SAT USA LLC, 2015) and an Ulsan branch (2015). It was listed on KONEX in 2013 as SAT ENG and moved to KOSDAQ in December 2021. In March 2025 the company changed its name from SAT ENG Co., Ltd. to Nexa Dynamics Co., Ltd. The company operates in the display industry and related materials and energy businesses, and has been recognized with awards including the 2012 $30 million Export Tower and a 2017 Prime Minister's Commendation for its CEO.

Nexa Dynamics was established in May 2003 as SAT (에스에이티) in Siheung, Gyeonggi Province, at 1371-5 Jeongwang-dong. In July 2004 it was converted into a corporation, SAT Co., Ltd. (㈜에스에이티). The company was selected as a venture company by the Small and Medium Business Administration in September 2004, and established an affiliated research institute in December 2005. In February 2006 it moved its headquarters to 2175-7 Jeongwang-dong, Siheung. In September 2006 it was selected as an INNO-BIZ technology-innovative SME. In January 2008 it was designated as a military service exception company by the Military Manpower Administration. In December 2010 it received the Chairman's Award from the Korea Display Industry Association. In November 2012 it won the $30 million Export Tower award from the Korea International Trade Association. In July 2013 it listed on KONEX as SAT ENG (에스에이이티이엔지). In March 2015 it established a second technology research institute, and in July 2015 it founded a US subsidiary, SAT USA LLC. In September 2015 it established an Ulsan branch and was selected as a global leading company by KICOX. In July 2016 it moved its headquarters to 25, MTV 26-ro 58beon-gil, Siheung. In November 2016 it was selected as a youth-friendly company by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. In November 2017 its CEO received a Prime Minister's Commendation. In June 2018 it acquired a stake in an energy business specialist, KCS Global Co., Ltd. In June 2019 its materials division was spun off into Eco Chemical Co., Ltd. In January 2020 it was confirmed as a materials and components specialist by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. In February 2020 it established an employee stock ownership association. In March 2021 it participated in a paid-in capital increase of Eco Chemical. In May 2021 it obtained ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications. In December 2021 it listed on KOSDAQ as SAT ENG. In March 2025 it changed its name from SAT ENG Co., Ltd. to Nexa Dynamics Co., Ltd.
