Nikon-Trimble Co. Ltd. is a joint venture between Nikon Corporation and Trimble Inc., established on July 1, 2003, with a 50:50 investment ratio. It provides a wide range of solutions from surveying instruments to 3D measurement, BIM, and precision agriculture, aiming to contribute to productivity improvement.

Nikon-Trimble Co. Ltd. began operations on July 1, 2003, as a 50:50 joint venture between Nikon Corporation and Trimble Inc. (formerly Trimble Navigation Limited). It succeeded all business of Nikon Geotecs Co., Ltd., which was a Nikon subsidiary handling development, production, sales, and service of surveying instruments, and Trimble Japan Co., Ltd., which was the Japanese entity of Trimble Navigation Limited. Currently, it provides a wide range of solutions and services from surveying instruments such as GNSS receivers and total stations to 3D measurement solutions, information-assisted construction, and precision agriculture.
