  Large Goodwill Impairment Draws Shenzhen Stock Exchange Inquiry; SDK Improperly Collecting Personal Information Notified by MIIT

  In 2021, Ourpalm made total goodwill impairment of RMB 5.337 billion on acquired Tianma Shikong, Wanche Technology and Shangyou Information; the Shenzhen Stock Exchange asked about the timing of the impairment and whether profits were manipulated; in 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology notified that its Ourpalm online game SDK improperly collected personal information and committed other acts infringing user rights, and required rectification. The company replied to the inquiry and rectified the issues.
