Overview
Pactolane is a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform that centralizes, automates, and secures the entire contract cycle, from drafting to signature, assisted by PactAI. It is available natively in 6 languages: FR, EN, DE, ES, PT, IT. The platform offers features such as AI-powered contract analysis, eIDAS-compliant electronic signatures, and integrations with CRM, cloud storage, and API REST & MCP. It is designed for European SMEs and mid-sized companies (PME et ETI).
History
Pactolane was born from a simple frustration: why is contract management still so complicated in 2026? The founder, Adil Roslane, saw legal teams drowning in emails, Word versions, and manual follow-ups. The existing tools were either too complex, too expensive, or not designed for the reality of European SMEs and mid-sized companies. Pactolane was created with the conviction that legal and business teams deserve a tool that truly helps them, designed in Europe for the SMEs and ETIs that develop there.
