Pantum is a printer brand whose business scope covers R&D, design, production and sales of printers and consumables, together with printing output solutions.   Ninestar Cartridges Found to Infringe HP Patent, Banned in Germany

  The Munich court in Germany found Ninestar (Pantum's parent company) and four subsidiaries infringed HP patent EP 3530470, banned the sale of specific ink cartridges in Germany, and held the parent company jointly liable; the Unified Patent Court also issued a provisional injunction against related cartridges, prohibiting sales in seven countries. In addition, Pantum sought 4.95 billion yuan from former partner PAG. Overseas market access was restricted.
